Flint Hill Vineyards and Chef George Elefantis invite you to spend New Years Eve with us.   Chef George has written the following menu to pair with our wines for another fabulous Wine Dinner on December 31, 2017.  A time of social gathering will begin at 6:00 and seating will begin at 6:30 pm with the following 4 course dinner:

Pre-Dinner- Complimentary Glass of Champagne 

Course 1

Baby Bibb Lettuce, Roasted Beets, Poached Pears, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Roquefort Papillon, Pecans and Citrus Champagne Vinaigrette
Paired with our Flint Hill Vineyards Chardonnay

Course 2

Scallop Truffled Carbonara, Tagliatelle Pasta, Arugula Pesto, Lenoir NC Sturgeon Caviar
Paired with our Flint Hill Vineyards Synergy

Course 3

Tim's River Angus Filet topped with Applewood Bacon Onion Jam, Whipped Rosemary Potatoes, Asparagus and finished with a Flint Hill Cabernet Reduction
Paired with our Flint Hill Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Course 4

Dark Chocolate Cherry Forest Cake, Godiva Ganache Sauce, Mascarpone Cream and Cherry Coulis
Paired with our Flint Hill Vineyards Crimson Crush

 The cost of the 4 course dinner with wines and complimentary glass of champagne, including taxes and gratuity, is $140.00 per couple.  Reservations can be made by calling 336-699-4455.  A credit card is needed to hold your reservation and wil be charged the week of the event. Reservations can be made through December 25, 2017.
